The analysis on the raw materials, during the different process' phases, can be processed by a portable spectrometer (steel bars and forged parts) or by a fixed spectrometer (lab test bars).

The cracks control on the I.L.S.A.M. products is assured by magnetic non destructive tests with externally certified machines and 2nd level UNI EN ISO 9712 qualified technicians.

All the measurements and dimensional controls are assured by periodical calibrations with primary samples certified by third part agencies or by external accredited calibration labs.
